Currently we have a fantastic opportunity for a creative, energetic and dynamic Sous Chef to work within a busy client site in Central London, who is committed to producing dishes without compromise.
About the Role- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm with flexibility for events
- Support the Head Chef with menu planning, development, and daily operations.
- Take an active role in leading and motivating the kitchen team, maintaining a positive and collaborative culture.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and uphold exceptional culinary standards at all times.
- Assist in achieving financial targets through effective stock management, portion control, and minimising wastage.
- Contribute to our commitment to sustainability, community support, and CSR initiatives.
- Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen, and Environmental legislation.

- Financial understanding of dish costings, gross profit and stock taking
