We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, personable and service-driven Reception Manager to join our team ata prestigious global engineering and professional services firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced front of house professional to lead a high-performing reception team, delivering an exceptional workplace experience for clients, visitors and colleagues.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception operations, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and creating a professional, welcoming environment that reflects both the client and The Good Eating Company.
This role is best suited to someone with previous experience managing a reception or front of house team within a corporate, professional services or luxury hospitality environment.
About the Role 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Shift pattern: 07:20 15:50 or 08:30 17:00 Lead, motivate and develop the Reception team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming service at all times.
Conduct team briefings, one-to-one meetings and support performance management and development.
Manage rotas, annual leave and staffing levels to ensure appropriate reception coverage.
