We are currently looking for an organised and personable Receptionist & Facilities Assistant for a client site in Stockley Park. We are looking for a team member who will work as part of a team to assist with the day-to-day operations of the building and assist with tasks to support the business.

37.5 Hour work week
Monday to Friday Rotating each week, 7.30am - 4pm or 11am - 7.30pm

Your Role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employees, visitors, and external partners.
  • Manage reception duties including meeting room bookings, visitor access, and daily correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, document management, and general office coordination.
  • Support new starters with a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring they are fully informed about company benefits, facilities, and services.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating international shipments via DHL and Royal Mail, ensuring customs and documentation compliance.
  • Assist with handling deliveries, including moving and organising packages and supplies within the office.
  • Assist in decorating and preparing the office for special events and corporate celebrations.
  • Contribute to facilities reporting, health & safety compliance, and continuous workplace improvement initiatives.
  • Manage stationary stock.
  • Monitor a shared inbox responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests from the wider business and Facilities Manager.
