We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Events & Facilities Coordinator to join our team at one of our prestigious sites in Central London!
We are looking for someone who loves hospitality, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys creating exceptional experiences. You'll be working in a busy corporate environment, coordinating events and hospitality bookings whilst supporting the wider workplace and facilities team.

About the Role Permanent, full-time – 40 hours per week
Shifts: Between 7:00am and 6:30pm, depending on business needs
Coordinating corporate events and hospitality bookings from initial enquiry through to delivery
Liaising with clients and event organisers to understand their requirements and create tailored proposals
Working closely with our catering and operational teams to ensure events run smoothly
Managing event calendars, function sheets, bookings and other event administration
Supporting the Facilities Help Desk with day-to-day requests and enquiries
Building great relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
Ensuring exceptional standards of hospitality, service and presentation at all times

About You! Previous experience in events, corporate hospitality or a similar role
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
A confident, professional and friendly approach
Someone who is proactive, flexible and happy to get stuck in!
A positive, can-do attitude and a great team player
