We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative, energetic and dynamic Head Chef to join our team, working full time Monday to Friday across our sites primarily in Central London, with some flexibility to travel to surrounding counties as needed. At Good Eating Company, we produce fresh food from quality ingredients with a beautifully simple approach. We create experiences which inspire, refresh and energise our clients and their teams.
About the Role
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Working with our Food Development team to plan and implement a vibrant, daily changing menu
- Produce beautifully simple dishes and menus
- Work alongside an industry leading team who operates with integrity and respect; supporting our community; actively embracing our sustainability and CSR targets
- Manage the kitchen to achieve financial targets, ensuring effective stock management and wastage control
- Comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen & Environmental legislation
