We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to lead our flagship commercial cafe in Monument. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who values quality, consistency, and creating a warm, welcoming space for both customers and staff. At the Good Eating Company, we are focused on continuing to deliver the definitive standard in workplace dining.
The Role:
- 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | between 7am and 5pm with some evening flexibility
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable, personalised experiences for our clients
- Leading, motivating, and developing the Front of House team to maintain a consistently high standard of service and ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain smooth, efficient daily routines from rostering to service delivery
- Ensure areas are impeccably presented and well-maintained
- Planning and delivering all hospitality orders
- Build and maintain relationships with building management, tenants & regular guests
- Assist in sales & marketing events within the company
- Communicate with clients and plan internal & external hospitality deliveries
- Complying with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen & Environmental legislation
- Ensure all cleaning schedules, temperature & allergen records are completed
- Maintain training records of all staff members
About You:
- Takes ownership, leads by example, and motivates others with positivity
- Passionate about fresh, seasonal food, great coffee, and high service standards
- Calm under pressure and quick to find practical solutions
- Commercial experience within restaurants, bar or hospitality environments is desirable
- Ability to uphold and deliver our high standards every time, without compromise
