Front of House Manager - Monday to Friday

The Role:

• 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | between 7am and 5pm with some evening flex

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable, personalised experiences for our clients
• Leading, motivating, and developing the Front of House team to maintain a consistently high standard of service and ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain smooth, efficient daily routines from rostering to service delivery
• Ensure areas are impeccably presented and well-maintained
• Planning and delivering all hospitality orders
• Build and maintain relationships with Building management, tenants & regular guests
• Assist in Sales & Marketing events within the company
• Communicate with clients and planning internal & external hospitality deliveries
• Complying with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen & Environmental legislation
• Ensure all cleaning schedules, temperature & Allergen records are completed
• Maintain training records of all staff members

• Takes ownership, leads by example, and motivates others with positivity
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal food, great coffee, and high service standards
• Calm under pressure and quick to find practical solutions
• Commercial experience within restaurants, bar or hospitality environments is desirable
• Ability to uphold and deliver our high standardsevery time, without compromise
