We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking Relief Chef de Partie to join our casual team, providing cover across our sites on an as-needed basis. Most shifts will be based in Central London, with opportunities to work at sites in surrounding counties where required. About the Role
This is a casual, flexible position, offering shifts primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend opportunities where available. A DBS and reference check may be required for certain client sites and will form part of the onboarding process where necessary.
Your role will involve:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality food to company standards
- Working with fresh, seasonal, and balanced ingredients
- Supporting Head Chefs and kitchen teams across multiple locations
- Assisting with menu planning and food preparation where required
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and health
