We’re hiring a Member Relationship Lead to join Good Company in Crowborough. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know people. You’ll build trusted relationships with our members and the people close to them, taking time to understand their stories, strengths, interests and what matters most. You’ll stay alongside people as life changes, helping them make connections, explore opportunities and continue living the life they choose for longer.
It’s a varied, relationship-led role. One day you might be visiting a member at home, another you could be welcoming people at one of our Clubs or Circles, following up after a conversation, connecting someone with local support or working with colleagues and volunteers to make sure someone feels known, noticed and valued.
We’re particularly looking for someone who is warm, curious and compassionate, with an understanding of the health, adult social care and community landscape for older people. You’ll be comfortable building relationships, giving information and guidance, working independently and being part of an organisation that is growing and evolving.
Interviews are being offered on a rolling basis, so we’d encourage you to apply sooner rather than later.
