We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator. This is an exciting role where you have an opportunity to make a difference in the care sector, and most importantly to our clients’ lives. You will be working alongside a recruitment team who are responsible for interviewing carers and managing them through to the offer stage, ensuring they have an unrivalled candidate experience throughout.

Your role will include:

  • Posting Adverts to Social Media platforms
  • Identifying recruitment opportunities to drive applications to our website/ATS
  • Analysing the cost per hire, effectiveness of all advertising platforms
  • Following up on carers within database to push leads to recruiters
  • Coordinating internal recruitment days
  • There will be some involvement with recruitment, you will be required cover Recruiters for both TGCG and OA when required, this may be conducting face to face/live video interviews assessing using the agreed competencies which are aligned to our company values and online screening exercises, including accurate scoring and write up of notes.
  • Complete specific campaign administration related to Professional Carer Recruitment, including the accurate recording of all candidates onto the ATS
  • Attend and actively participate in internal meetings, training sessions & company wide activities. Attend recruitment events as and when required.
  • Support the Recruitment team will tasks such as booking hotels for carers and various other Administrative tasks
  • Complete MI related tasks for the recruitment function
  • Demonstrate a willingness to work flexibly and undertake additional duties as directed in line with business needs.
  • Ensure adherence to The Good Care Groups Equal Opportunity, Data Protection, and Health & Safety Policies at all times
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written English
  • Strong recruitment posting experience across well recognised job/social media platforms
  • Competent in the use of IT software such as Word/Excel etc
  • Good level of numeric skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Desire to deliver a consistently high candidate experience
  • Confident communicator who can demonstrate empathy and listening skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines for multiple projects
  • Capacity to work in a fast paced, changing environment, proactively responding to
  • changing requirements
  • Works well as part of a team but is a self starter and can work independently
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Experience recruiting in the health and social care sector (desirable)
