About the Role
This role involves carrying out a range of functions across individual services and care workers within your designated area making sure high quality care is delivered. The majority of your time will be spent in the community, assessing and supporting clients. You will need good access to transport and be able to commute easily in London to access transport to be able to travel to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold a client portfolio and be responsible for the conduct assessment and review of individual care services.
- Provide supervision, instruction, and support to care workers.
- Manage administrative tasks related to services and care workers.
- Cover on-call duties as part of a rota.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Care Supervisor or Senior Care Worker.
- Must hold a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
