About the Role
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role focused on delivering an outstanding candidate journey while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC, Care Inspectorate, safeguarding, employment law, and GDPR. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding compliance, including DBS/PVG checks, references, right-to-work verification, and medical clearances.
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed in line with company standards, CQC, and Care Inspectorate guidelines.
- Maintain 100% data accuracy across Salesforce, Applicant Tracking Systems, and internal records.
- Review and complete risk assessments, monitor and audit compliance files, and stay up to date with legislative changes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in compliance, recruitment onboarding, quality assurance, or healthcare governance.
- Strong knowledge of CQC, Care Inspectorate, safeguarding, GDPR, and employment legislation.
- Highly organised, diligent, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A methodical, logical, and solutions-focused approach to proactively identifying and resolving problems.
