Join the Good Care Group as a Registered Manager in Edinburgh. This full‐time role supports the home care team, travelling across Scotland with occasional travel to London.

Base pay range: Salary up to ÂŁ55,000 per annum depending on experience. Driver essential with own vehicle.

What you'll be doing:

  • Accountable for delivery against KPI's and operational objectives, ensuring high‐quality home care delivery.
  • Support and develop care managers, investigate formal complaints, collaborate with external healthcare professionals, promote policy adherence, and lead learning & development programmes.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in care management/leading teams in a social care setting.
  • Ability to network and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong financial budgetary skills, develop meaningful KPIs to support financial targets.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the care sector/care inspectorate, preferably live‐in care.
  • Self‐motivated, works independently and as part of a team.
  • Consultative/result‐driven, excellent active listening skills.
  • Confident presenter to varied audiences.
  • Strong commercial focus while understanding softer aspects of care.
  • Identifies new opportunities for strategic growth.
  • Manages multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
