About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and commercially minded Customer Liaison Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll play a vital role in guiding individuals and families through an important and often emotional decision. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound enquiries, providing a highly personalised, empathetic experience while helping clients find the right care solution. This is a sales role with a difference—focused on building trust, understanding individual needs, and making a genuine impact on people’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective clients
- Building strong relationships through empathetic, consultative conversations
- Guiding clients through the full journey from enquiry to care commencement
- Communicating the value of our services with confidence and clarity
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where appropriate
- Managing your own pipeline of enquiries and consultations
- Achieving sales and conversion targets
- Ensuring all client information is accurately recorded in the CRM system
- Handling documentation, including client agreements and legal paperwork
- Collaborating with colleagues and supporting team administration
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 - 3 years’ recent experience in a sales
- Ability to demonstrate sales success in previous roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
- Confidence handling sensitive conversations
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate, with experience using CRM systems
- Experience in the care sector
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
