This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join a growing organisation within the private home care market. Working in a hybrid capacity, this role will involve a mix of office-based work in Aldgate, home working, and regular travel across London and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and driving new routes to market within the private pay care sector. A key focus of the role will be generating referrals for both Live-In Care and Hourly Visiting Care services. This position requires a proactive individual with the confidence and resilience to build their own pipeline through outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new routes to market for private pay clients across Live-In Care and Hourly Visiting Care services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private healthcare providers, social workers, community organisations, and other referral sources
  • Proactively generate leads through outbound activity, including cold calling and networking
  • Attend community events across London and surrounding areas to promote brand awareness
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager to support strategic initiatives and overall growth
  • Build rapport with key stakeholders such as Directors and Registered Managers
  • Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure all referrals are managed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Supporting the client services team when needed to ensure business objectives are met
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs and performance targets

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business development or sales role
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build a pipeline independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas
  • Experience within the care industry or a related sector
  • Experience working with referral schemes or partnership development
