We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team post-opening. We are looking for a friendly and affable person, who wants to work with like-minded individuals in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is an ideal role for someone looking to take on more seniority and look to develop into a junior sous chef role.

The Golden Tooth is a new pub near Newington Green from the team behind Papi. We bring a fresh approach to pub dining, showcasing lesser known British dishes such as Red Prawn Stargazy Pie, Calves Brains on Toast, Curds & Whey.

Experience of cooking the grill section, fish and meat preparation is essential for this role. A positive attitude and friendly nature is a must. We have a friendly and supportive team and want someone with a similar outlook.

Minimum 2 years kitchen experience.
