We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team post-opening. We are looking for a friendly and affable person, who wants to work with like-minded individuals in a fast-paced, creative environment. The Golden Tooth is a new pub near Newington Green from the team behind Papi. We bring a fresh approach to pub dining, showcasing lesser known British dishes such as Red Prawn Stargazy Pie, Calves Brains on Toast, Curds & Whey.
Experience of cooking the grill section, fish and meat preparation is essential for this role. A positive attitude and friendly nature is a must. We have a friendly and supportive team and want someone with a similar outlook.
