Assistant Manager

The Golden Pheasant Inn is located in the heart of Burford, one of the Cotswolds most iconic towns. We are due to close shortly for a major refurbishment and will emerge with 18 boutique bedrooms, 50 cover restaurant and bar and outside courtyard dining.

We seek an outgoing person with ambition and a desire for success, our aim is to ensure we are operating to the highest standards of cuisine, service and hospitality. You will have already gained experience in a boutique hotel/ gastro inn at a supervisory level and are ready to take a step into management. We can offer assistance with accommodation and a salary of £32-£35k plus bonus and tips.
