As a Junior Chef de Partie, you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that all customers receive a first-class food experience. Be able to deliver exceptional food service, taking full responsibility for your section before, during and after service.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role with a proven ability to produce high quality food.
Your day to day a Junior Chef de Partie
- Use your eye for quality and creative flair to produce high quality food from scratch
- As a Junior Chef de Partie, you will manage a section within the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications.
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
- Maintain areas of work and machinery
- Control the order and storage of food supplies
- Support other team members across the kitchen
