We manage their careers, their commercial deals, their brands, and produce non-scripted television and digital content alongside them. Our ambition: to create big, bold, and entertaining ideas for our talent and partners.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Intern to join our Partnership Team in our London office. During this internship, you’ll play a key role in helping the team generate new business opportunities for our US and UK talent roster. You’ll communicate directly with brands and agencies worldwide, negotiate partnership opportunities, and consistently look for new ways to grow the business.
In this internship, we’re looking for someone who WILL make a difference
- Responding to inbound business enquiries from brands
- Proactively identifying new opportunities for business and acting on them
- Reaching out to and building relationships with brands and brand agencies on behalf of our talent
- Arranging meetings with brands/agencies to discuss current and future opportunities
- Managing CRM systems, general admin tasks, and invoicing
- Creating and producing marketing materials to share with partners via social media (e.g., LinkedIn)
ABOUT YOU:
- Sales experience (highly desirable)
- A passion for the entertainment and creator economy industry (highly desirable)
- An interest in the partnership sales process
- The ability to manage multiple communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, email) simultaneously. Can you \’deal with the noise\’
- Tenacity to push for the best outcome—“No” is just the starting point!
