Position Summary
We\’re looking for a caring, energetic educator to support our before and after school program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys guiding children in both playful and purposeful activities.
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times
Transport children to and from local elementary schools safely and on schedule
Lead fun, age-appropriate activities that promote creativity, exploration, and social development
Assist with transitions to and from classrooms and ensure a smooth start and end to the day
Promote positive behavior and maintain a safe classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children’s progress and daily experiences
Support sanitation, organization, and classroom prep during quieter hours
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Early Childhood Education coursework preferred)
Experience working with preschool or school-age children
Ability to work the full split shift hours consistently
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Must meet all state licensing requirements
