Location: The Goddard School – Middleton, MA
Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift | No Nights or Weekends
Salary: $43,000 – $50,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for Certified Infant Teachers

Your Role as a Teacher
As a Teacher at The Goddard School, you will:
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
  • Foster children\’s cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and team members
  • Collaborate with faculty to maintain a well-run, cohesive program
  • Uphold health and safety standards and respond promptly to emergencies
  • Approach each day with a positive attitude and team spirit
Qualifications
  • EEC Teacher Certification (required for sign-on bonus)
  • If not yet certified, training and assistance toward certification will be provided
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Education (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); further education preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet state and national licensing requirements
