About Goat:

Goat, part of WPP Media (formerly GroupM), is looking for a creative and motivated Senior Campaign Producer to join our in-house production team. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of high-impact video content tailored specifically for client campaigns. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of video projects that meet client briefs, exceed expectations, and contribute directly to campaign objectives and success

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of video productions for multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Work closely with the Senior Campaign Production Manager to ensure accurate budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Oversee the entire video production lifecycle for campaigns, from pre-production (storyboarding, scripting, location scouting, talent coordination) through to post-production and final asset delivery.
• Self – shoot and direct smaller video productions, where required.
• Manage Always On / BAU content production project for existing and new clients, ensuring consistent delivery of high quality brand assets.
• Manage client expectations throughout the production process, providing regular updates, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
• Ensure all video content is produced to the highest quality standards, adheres to brand guidelines, and is optimised for campaign performance across various platforms.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules for client campaign video shoots and post-production.
• Conduct thorough feedback, reviews and quality checks on all outgoing campaign video projects before client delivery.
• Be a role model and soundboard for junior producers within the team, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance within the campaign-focused structure.
• Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers, Strategists, Account Managers, and other relevant team members to ensure video content aligns seamlessly with overall campaign strategy and messaging.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding video production aspects of their campaigns, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Pitch creative video concepts and production approaches to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their campaign needs and objectives.
• Contribute to the development of compelling narratives and visual storytelling that drive campaign engagement and results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and delivering video production projects, specifically within a client campaign-driven environment.
• Exceptional understanding of all stages of video production, from concept to final delivery, with a strong emphasis on client deliverables.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a production team focused on campaign excellence.
• Proven experience in managing BAU / Always On Campaigns for extended periods of time.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and exceptional management skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, with experience managing multiple campaign video projects concurrently.
• Adept at interpreting client briefs and translating them into actionable production plans.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management capabilities for campaign video projects.
• A good knowledge of camera skills, lighting and audio to be able to step into a variety of roles on a shoot.
• Exemplary ability to deal with pressure and navigate challenging situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free campaign assets.
• A strong storyteller with a creative eye, capable of guiding the team to produce engaging and effective campaign videos.
• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills, ensuring campaign deadlines are consistently met.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing campaign requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
