We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of high-performing paid social campaigns across a range of clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping paid social strategy, managing campaign delivery end to end, and driving measurable results against client objectives.
Role Responsibilities:- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for paid social campaigns, with a focus on influencer handles, to achieve client goals and drive results.
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies that align with the client's business objectives, target audience, and brand messaging.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid social specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their success and professional growth.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to constantly improve our paid social strategies and tactics.
- Reporting into the Paid Social Directors, working with them to make resourcing decisions.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid social campaigns, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective paid social strategies that drive results for clients.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team of paid social specialists.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
