Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of visually compelling presentations and creative mockups, ensuring alignment with project objectives, brand guidelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Champion design excellence by consistently producing polished, visually engaging work with meticulous attention to layout, alignment, consistency, visual hierarchy, typography, and effective use of white space.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., strategy, client service, copy, motion/digital) to shape concepts, elevate creative direction, and bring ideas to life with clarity and impact.
- Own and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously, proactively prioritising tasks, anticipating risks, and managing timelines to deliver on deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ability to deliver high-quality design across different media (print, digital, social), taking accountability for end-to-end execution from initial concepts through to final artwork/assets.
- Confidently present design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders, articulating decisions clearly and incorporating feedback strategically while maintaining creative integrity.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and tools, proactively introducing improvements to workflows, templates, and best practices that enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct thorough quality control to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brief alignment, implementing feedback quickly and effectively and maintaining strong version control.
- Apply strong visual storytelling principles to craft compelling, audience-focused narratives and engaging presentation journeys that support strategic messaging.
Role Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a mid–senior Designer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project delivery across multiple channels and/or brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with confidence preparing production-ready artwork and working efficiently across files, formats, and templates.
- Proficiency in presentation design using Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint, including building structured decks, maintaining master templates, and crafting clear visual narratives.
- Strong command of design fundamentals—typography, colour, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy—with the ability to apply them strategically to meet communication goals.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to articulate design decisions, explain rationale, and contribute constructively in team reviews and stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborative mindset with autonomy, comfortable working cross-functionally while proactively owning tasks, managing priorities, and following through to completion.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and maintain consistency under tight deadlines.
- Passion and capability for storytelling through design, translating complex or abstract ideas into engaging, audience-focused creative solutions.
