About The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact paid social campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll have ownership of campaign performance, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in new business pitches. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving measurable results through data-led social media advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Being responsible for the day-to-day paid media management of our large portfolio of campaigns
- Mentoring less experienced members of the Paid and Campaign delivery team
- Optimizing social campaigns across multiple campaigns across all channels
- Being data focused and mathematically inclined
- Displaying creativity when using ad tools
- Driving ROI and trackable conversions not just to amplify views
- Tracking conversion and pixel implementation
- Explaining a paid strategy to clients
- Working well in teams and thriving under pressure
- Working on proposals for prospective clients by identifying strategies for each brand and their target audience
- Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the client services team in selling paid media services
- Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and paid media campaigns are delivered
- Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple social campaigns
- Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with results
- Running global campaigns
- Confidently solving problems for our global clients
