About the Opportunity: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Intelligence Executive to join our growing Intelligence team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analyst to take the next step in their career, taking on more complex projects and greater responsibility.
As a Senior Intelligence Executive, you will work with a greater degree of autonomy, conducting in-depth analysis and transforming data into compelling strategic insights. You will confidently navigate our internal data platforms, including IBEX 2.0, to uncover trends and performance drivers. You will also begin to mentor junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and helping to uphold the quality of our analytical output.
This role requires a confident analyst with a passion for data storytelling and a desire to make a tangible impact on client strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sound and confident analysis of campaign data, competitor performance and consumer sentiment.
- Transform complex data sets into clear, compelling stories and strategic recommendations with minimal supervision.
- Utilise advanced features of our data platforms to find innovative ways to visualise and present data.
- Ensure the highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all analytical work.
- Take ownership of specific analytical projects, from initial data gathering to final report delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven guidance and solutions for campaigns.
- Confidently communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Act as a role model for junior team members, providing guidance on analytical techniques and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team by staying updated on new platforms, tools and methodologies and making recommendations for their implementation.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data analysis or insights role, preferably within a media or agency environment.
- A confident understanding of data analysis techniques, KPIs and trend analysis.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of overcoming challenges.
- Experience with data visualisation tools and a strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
- A natural collaborator with a desire to help develop junior members of the team.
