Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling presentations, layouts, and creative mockups that align with the requirements of the project.
- Continuously create visually engaging designs whilst having strong attention to detail on alignment, consistency, hierarchy and use of white space.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other teams within the agency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Produce high-quality designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
- Be able to confidently present and explain design concepts to colleagues.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices within design.
- Reviewing designs for accuracy and being able to action feedback efficiently and effectively.
- Having a good eye for visual storytelling to create well-thought-out presentations.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Proficiency in Presentation programs such as Microsoft Powerpoint & Google Slides.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
