As a Senior Account Director, you will drive strategic client partnerships, taking ownership of the successful delivery of complex, high-impact influencer marketing campaigns. Beyond campaign execution, you will proactively identify opportunities for client growth, advising at a strategic level and championing long-term partnerships. This opportunity suits a senior leader with a deep expertise in performance marketing, outstanding client management skills, and a strong ability to lead teams in a competitive, data-driven environment.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to key clients, building and maintaining executive-level relationships.
- Lead the development and execution of advanced, data-driven influencer marketing strategies that surpass client objectives.
- Shape and refine performance marketing strategies by leveraging analytics and insights to continuously optimise results and inform future recommendations.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to account teams, driving professional development and ensuring alignment to client visions.

6+ years of experience in a senior client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
