About the Opportunity:
You’ll join a product team helping to design user interfaces for media and data-rich marketing tools used by our global teams. You\’ll work alongside product design and managers, engineers, and data specialists to tackle interesting design challenges, from enhancing navigation of complex workflows to making data easier to access and understand.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving complex UX challenges and looking to develop expertise in enterprise product design. You\’ll have the opportunity to learn from team members while contributing to products that directly impact our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive user interfaces and innovative features for our campaign management workflow and reporting platforms
- Create wireframes and prototypes for new features and initiatives
- Conduct user research and participate in feedback sessions, translating insights into thoughtful user experiences
- Contribute to, maintain and enhance our design system to ensure consistency across products
- Work collaboratively with engineers to build optimised, effective interactions
- Stay informed of current UX methods, UI patterns, best practices, and emerging tools
- Participate in design reviews and learn from senior team members
Role Requirements:
- Comfortable with Figma and component-based design
- Strong communication skills and experience working in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
- Naturally inquisitive and empathetic to the user\’s needs and business goals
- A portfolio of work that showcases your design skills and problem-solving approach
- Technical development knowledge (advantageous)
- Previous experience working in influencer or marketing industry (advantageous)
- Experience using or implementing tokenised design systems (advantageous)
