Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling presentations and creative mockups that align with the requirements of the project.
- Continuously create visually engaging designs, applying strong attention to detail in layout, alignment, consistency, visual hierarchy and use of white space.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with designers and cross‑functional teams within the agency to bring concepts to life.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst prioritising tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Produce high‑quality designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media under the guidance of a senior designer.
- Be able to confidently present and explain design concepts to colleagues and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Stay informed with industry trends, tools and best practices within design to continuously develop skillset.
- Review your designs for accuracy, ensuring your visuals meet the brief you’ve been given and being able to action feedback efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate a good eye for visual storytelling to create well‑thought‑out and engaging presentations.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Proficiency in Presentation programs such as Google Slides & Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, colour theory, layout design and visual hierarchy.
- Clear communication and confidence to present within a team setting.
- Ability to collaborate whilst also taking initiative on individual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast paced creative environment.
- A passion for storytelling through design creativity.
