Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Intern to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role offers hands-on experience across our largest department, Campaigns, plus practical exposure to real client campaigns. You’ll play a key role in supporting the creation and execution of industry-leading influencer campaigns for a range of exciting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and execution of influencer campaigns, from planning and creator sourcing to go-live and reporting.
- Help maintain up-to-date records of campaign progress, creator communications, deliverables, and content calendars.
- Learn to monitor campaign KPIs and gather data to support reporting and optimisation.
- Shadow Campaigns team members to understand client relationships, influencer partnerships, and how strategy translates into execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, social platforms, and creator culture to support campaign planning and team learning.
- Show a collaborative, proactive approach while working and developing new skills.
Role Requirements:
- A strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy.
- Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience across the Campaigns department.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple tasks.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members at all levels.

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
