About The Opportunity
The Global Manager of Business Excellence is a role dedicated to delivering operational success. Focused on delivering technical solutions that bring efficiency and improved performance, this role will have deep knowledge of both Goat internal team processes and WPP Media.
Within the Operations department the role plays an active part in achieving Goat’s vision and strategic goals. The successful candidate must innovate, looking for opportunities to automate and use new technologies to scale our effectiveness and efficiency to delight clients. As an Operational expert you will participate within operational communities and provide input using your expertise.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving, monitoring, and auditing adoption of initiatives across markets. This could include business excellence projects but also new capability rollout.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate process mapping sessions, producing accurate documentation and assisting in the collection of data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining business process collateral.
- Being the main point of contact for market queries, providing them with support and guidance.
- Responsible for tool and system management across the EMEA region (HubSpot, SharePoint, Workflow platform, Ibex, Power BI, WPP AI Goat).
- Gather and analyse data to identify trends, extract learnings, and make recommendations for business improvements.
- Assist on Global process rollouts and implementation.
- Work with Global Director to define operational requirements and develop a scalable solution for all new initiatives.
- Coordinate regular audits and build reports on process performance and adoption across the organisation.
Role Requirements
- Collaboration– working with multiple stakeholders to capture requirements, create proposals and deliver the desired results. Contribute to the Product Operations road map to create visibility and facilitate the delivery of key initiatives.

- Good communication – use active listening to take on feedback from multiple sources and use it to make decisions and problem solve. Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in WPP Media, client direct and external partners.
