Location: London (Southbank)
Working model: Hybrid 3 days in Office Per Week

Role Overview:
Goat is looking for a new hire to support the UK finance & operations teams as the business continues to grow and change following its acquisition by GroupM. The Finance and Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting financial processes and contributing to operational efficiency. This position involves collaboration with both the finance and operations teams, reflecting a holistic understanding of our organization\’s functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including bank reconciliations, basic financial analysis, and reporting.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the finance team to contribute to project budget monitoring.
- Support efforts to enhance operational processes for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand and contribute to standardised operating procedures.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement to optimise workflow.
- Complete day-to-day operational tasks in line with approved processes.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors, including basic negotiations and contract support.
- Contribute to evaluating vendor performance and alignment with organisational goals.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in supporting senior members of the finance & operations team with adhoc information/requests.
- Interest in gaining a deeper understanding of how a finance function operates.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders within the business.
