As an Account Director, you will lead client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative influencer marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that meet client objectives, while identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media marketing, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in performance marketing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Optimise campaign performance using performance marketing insights and metrics.
- Lead and inspire a team of account managers and coordinators, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and drive new business growth.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
Proven expertise in performance marketing and social media analytics.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and campaign management.
Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
