Role Overview: We are seeking a bright and ambitious Intelligence Executive to join our newly rebranded Intelligence team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for an individual who is passionate about data and eager to start a career in analytics and strategy. As an Intelligence Executive, you will be a core member of the team, providing essential support on a wide range of projects. Your role will be to learn the fundamentals of data analysis, insight generation and strategic reporting. You will work closely with senior members of the team, using our internal data platforms to gather and analyse data, helping to transform it into clear and actionable findings for our clients.

This role is the first step on a rewarding career path. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn and a natural curiosity for finding the story within the data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the team by gathering and organising data from internal platforms like Metabase and Campaign Sheets. Perform basic data analysis, ensuring accuracy and identifying initial trends or anomalies. Assist in the creation of reports and presentations, using data visualisation techniques to present findings in an easily digestible format. Conduct foundational competitor, sentiment and consumer behaviour analysis with guidance from senior team members.
  • Team Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of data-driven solutions for campaigns. Work in a timely manner to meet deadlines, communicating effectively with your line manager on progress and any blockers. Assist in the creation of data-led studies for internal and external marketing projects.
  • Professional Development: Develop a strong understanding of the internal and external tools, platforms and methodologies used by the agency. Take an active interest in your development, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills in data, strategy and social media. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and demand spaces.

Role Requirements:

  • A strong academic background in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent entry-level experience.
  • A genuine passion for data and a desire to build a career in analytics and strategy.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn from others.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of marketing KPIs is advantageous.
