As we continue an exciting growth phase, we’re looking for an Agency Success Executive to play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience across our agency network. This role is central to ensuring agencies feel supported, well-informed, and fully engaged, both during live opportunities and outside of briefs, while helping to drive stronger platform participation and higher-quality content submission across The GO Network platform.
About The Role:
As Agency Success Executive, you will support the day-to-day delivery of live brand opportunities, ensuring agencies are briefed clearly, deadlines are met, and showcases and endorsements are delivered to a consistently high standard. You will also run agency onboarding and proactive communications outside of briefs, helping agencies maximise their membership through stronger platform participation, improved profile quality, and increased case study submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Onboarding & Member Activation
- Onboard new agency members and guide them through The GO Network platform.
- Support agencies to complete and improve profiles, credentials, and case studies.
- Maintain clear onboarding standards, templates, and checklists.
- Brand Introductions, Live Briefs & Agency Opportunity Management
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, consistency, and clarity across all opportunity communications.
- Manage the operational delivery of live briefs and agency showcases end-to-end.
- Ensure agencies receive accurate information, clear deadlines, and structured next steps.
- Coordinate the collection and quality-checking of agency submissions and showcase materials.
- Support pitch logistics and manage feedback loops throughout the process.
- Ongoing Agency Communication & Community Hub Engagement (Outside of Briefs)
- Own proactive agency communication outside of live opportunities.
- Drive increased Community Hub usage and agency participation across The GO Network platform.
- Increase the volume and quality of content agencies submit, including case studies and showcase-ready materials.
- Ensure agencies feel consistently communicated with and aware of ongoing GO activity.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track activity and update workflows in CRM and internal systems.
- Report on engagement levels, platform readiness, and participation trends.
- Share insight and feedback to support internal improvements and retention conversations.
- Support UAT and feedback cycles for platform enhancements where required.

Team & Reporting:
This role sits within the Service Team at The GO Network. Reporting directly to the Head of Agency Success, who reports to the Managing Director. Working closely with the Brand Partnerships Team to ensure smooth delivery of briefs and agency showcases, the Community function to align on agency engagement and platform participation, and the Agency Sales Team to support retention conversations with reporting, engagement insights, and agency feedback. You will work daily across The GO Network platform, internal CRM systems, and project tracking tools.
Experience Required To Succeed In Role:
Essential:
- Experience in customer success, service delivery, account support, or operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and confidence managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating processes end-to-end and working to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quality-check submissions and documentation.
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital platforms.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver consistent agency experience and service outcomes.
Desirable:
- Experience working with marketing agencies, or a strong understanding of the UK agency landscape and key marketing disciplines.
- Experience supporting onboarding processes, member activation, or driving engagement and adoption within a platform-based service.
- Confidence interpreting engagement metrics and using reporting to improve participation, content submission, and service delivery.
- An interest in how technology and platform workflows can improve the member experience and strengthen engagement over time.

- Percentage of briefs and showcases delivered on time and in line with internal process standards.
- Accuracy, completeness, and clarity of briefing information shared with agencies.
- Agency Engagement & Satisfaction
- Agency feedback scores on the briefing and showcase process (where collected).
- Responsiveness, clarity, and consistency of communication throughout live opportunities and ongoing engagement.
- Platform Content Quality & Readiness
- Percentage of agencies with fully populated, up-to-date profiles and relevant case studies at the point of showcase or endorsement.
- Number of case study uploads, profile updates, and showcase-ready submissions tracked per month/quarter.
- Increased Community Hub participation and platform usage across the agency membership base.
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Timeliness and accuracy of CRM and project tracking updates.
- Quality and usefulness of reporting shared internally to support planning, delivery, and retention.
