An established RBCA are recruiting for a home-based Class 2F or Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to manage a varied portfolio in the North East. Basic salary circa £68,000 - £85,000, plus bonus, car scheme, enhanced pension, extended annual leave, with career progression potential.
Responsibilities
- Undertake plan assessments submitted for building control approval
- Conduct site visits and prepare site visit reports
- Attend client and design team meetings
- Oversee projects in accordance with commercial requirements
- Ensure compliance with QMS procedures
Requirements
- Class 2F, 3G or 3H Registered Building Inspector
- Broad project experience
- Relationship management
- Commercial awareness
- Problem-solving capability
