We're looking for a Travel Safe Officer who is passionate about customer service, public safety, and fare compliance. Note this role is for the central operating section of the Elizabeth line.
Your role:
- Provide a visible and approachable presence on trains and stations
- Support revenue protection and issue penalty fares
- Respond confidently to incidents and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
- Participate in joint operations and service disruption support
- Report suspected fare evasion cases for potential prosecution
