The Go-Ahead Group is seeking a Shift Delivery Manager to support the Fleet Delivery Team and maintenance providers, ensuring a safe, reliable, and clean fleet of trains to meet daily service requirements. The role operates on a 24/7 roster at the Old Oak Common depot, delivering on-time performance and safety across GTS and the Elizabeth Line sites.
You will develop and oversee fleet safety standards, manage rolling stock fleet knowledge, and drive improvements in collaboration with suppliers.
