We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HSQE Administrator to provide administrative and document control support to the HSQE team on a 5 month contract .

This role is integral to ensuring the effective management of safety data, reporting, document control processes and the administration of our Business Management System (BMS) and Safety Management System (SMS).

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate records and helping the HSQE team deliver its objectives in a highly regulated environment.

What You Will Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HSQE team.
  • Support the delivery of Business Management System (BMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) development projects.
  • Manage document control activities, including formatting, version control, document reviews and filing within the BMS.
  • Support the Safety function with administrative activities, including report writing, maintaining action trackers and managing document retention.
  • Assist with safety data entry, coordination and the preparation of monthly reporting packs.
  • Attend HSQE meetings and forums, taking accurate minutes and distributing meeting outputs as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is organised, accessible and up to date.
  • Support project activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the HSQE function.
  • Undertake any other administrative duties as requested by the Head of HSQE.
  • What You Will Bring
  • Experience in a business administration or administrative support role.
  • Good understanding of governance requirements and administrative processes.
  • Experience of document control, including reviewing, updating and maintaining management system documentation.
  • Experience supporting projects and working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of business performance reporting and data management.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) systems and processes would be advantageous.
