The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

We are seeking someone with an eye for detail and excellent numeric ability to compile our payroll each week and assist with various aspects of our operational administration.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate data on a weekly basis for weekly paid employees, in a timely manner.
  • Analyse and compare employee hours claimed through the clocking in and out system to hours scheduled by the allocations team, raising any anomalies for review before submission to payroll.
  • Prepare accurate data within the required timescales for monthly payroll.
  • Work closely with the HR department on areas including colleague absence, notification of starters/leavers, contract changes etc.
  • Order uniform, as directed and manage distribution to colleagues in line with guidelines.
  • Manage any issues with cash and change machines.
  • Manage driver shorts & overs, by comparing takings to cash paid in.
  • Organise the ‘SecurityPlus’ cash collection as required.
  • Complete other administration tasks as necessary.

This is a role which demands accuracy and detail, working as part of a busy team based in Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire. The successful applicant will need to be able to communicate confidently and collaboratively with colleagues, including those who have to face-to-face payroll queries, as well as email and phone queries.
