The Go-Ahead Group is recruiting a Duty Customer Experience Manager to lead frontline teams on the Elizabeth line for a 6‑month fixed term contract. You’ll supervise passenger journeys, uphold high service standards and safety, and respond quickly to disruptions to protect journey quality.
