Develop and execute sales and account management plans in alignment with business priorities. Manage major customer accounts as the main point of contact, building long-term trust and maintaining stable business relationships. Maintain close communications with customers to understand demand forecasts, purchasing plans, customer requirements and future business needs. Develop customer networks across different levels and functions to obtain useful information and strengthen customer relationships. Monitor market conditions and customer movements, through customer engagement, networking and internal sales information. Provide timely market intelligence, competitive updates and customer insights to support long term business decisions. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, technical, regional teams and Head Office, to support customer requirements and smooth sales execution. Develop new markets and business opportunities for emerging products by identifying potential customers, understanding application needs and driving sales opportunities with smaller or developing accounts. Prepare monthly sales reports, including budget forecasts, actual results and presentation materials for Head Office reporting. Support performance planning and team development, including setting clear objectives and providing guidance to team members.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of key account management and B2B sales with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in managing existing customer accounts and maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Able to manage both mature existing customer accounts and new customer development activities.
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Asian market.
  • Mature, patient and consultative communication style, with the ability to develop networks and obtain market information through relationship-based engagement.
  • Long-term business orientation, with the ability to manage mature markets where immediate sales growth may be limited while still identifying sustainable opportunities.
