Drive growth and manage relationships with customers, partners, and distributors across the APAC specialty chemicals market, including conducting overseas visits. Handle daily enquiries, quotations, order processing, and shipment coordination while liaising with internal technical and administrative stakeholders. Analyze cosmetic and specialty chemical trends, applications, and competitor activities within the APAC region to share actionable insights. Plan, execute, and attend marketing initiatives, industry exhibitions, and supplier days, managing all logistical and promotional materials. Deliver presentations on products, new data, formulations, and market trends to internal teams, customers, and regional distributors. Maintain accurate sales documentation, prepare forecasts, consolidate reports, and manage product sample and brochure inventory.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Industrial Chemistry or relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in business development field.
  • Experience in personal care products manufacturing will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel across APAC countries including ANZ and India.
