Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of substance misuse service users, including opiate, non‑opiate, mixed, and alcohol dependencies.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and risk assessments.
- Deliver structured psychosocial interventions and recovery plans.
- Provide one‑to‑one key working and support sessions.
- Deliver harm‑reduction advice and recovery‑focused interventions.
- Support service users with health, well‑being and social inclusion.
- Maintain accurate and timely case‑management records.
- Work collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary teams and partner agencies.
- Promote safeguarding and adhere to all compliance procedures.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within substance misuse services.
- Experience as a Recovery Practitioner.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
- Experience managing complex caseloads and delivering interventions.
- Excellent communication, organisation and case‑recording skills.
- Enhanced Adults & Children DBS (within 12 months or registered on Update Service).
