Location: Harrow

Contract: Temporary – 3 Months Initially (With Likely Extension)

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay Rate: £23 P/H (Umbrella Ltd) (£20.59 P/H PAYE Inclusive / £18.37 P/H PAYE Exclusive)

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of substance misuse service users
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and risk assessments
  • Deliver structured psychosocial interventions and recovery plans
  • Provide one-to-one key working and support sessions
  • Deliver harm reduction advice and recovery-focused interventions
  • Support service users in health, wellbeing and social inclusion
  • Maintain accurate and timely case management records
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies
  • Promote safeguarding and adhere to all compliance procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within substance misuse services
  • Experience working as a Recovery Practitioner
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management
  • Experience managing complex caseloads and delivering interventions
  • Excellent communication, organisation and case recording skills
  • Enhanced DBS for Adults & Children (within 12 months or registered on Update Service)
  • Valid Right to Work documentation
  • Satisfactory employment references
