Contract: Temporary – 3 Months Initially (With Likely Extension)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Pay Rate: £23 P/H (Umbrella Ltd) (£20.59 P/H PAYE Inclusive / £18.37 P/H PAYE Exclusive)
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of substance misuse service users
- Complete comprehensive assessments and risk assessments
- Deliver structured psychosocial interventions and recovery plans
- Provide one-to-one key working and support sessions
- Deliver harm reduction advice and recovery-focused interventions
- Support service users in health, wellbeing and social inclusion
- Maintain accurate and timely case management records
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies
- Promote safeguarding and adhere to all compliance procedures
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within substance misuse services
- Experience working as a Recovery Practitioner
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management
- Experience managing complex caseloads and delivering interventions
- Excellent communication, organisation and case recording skills
- Enhanced DBS for Adults & Children (within 12 months or registered on Update Service)
- Valid Right to Work documentation
