Job Overview

In this role, you will work closely with the back‑of‑house team to deliver first‑class table service, with a particular focus on hospitality and promoting sales.

Responsibilities

  • Serve customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, addressing any requirements or concerns.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage products available.
  • Collaborate with the back‑of‑house team to ensure high service standards.
  • Work Hours & Conditions
  • Hourly paid role.
  • Shifts may include early morning starts (e. g., 4a. m.) or late finishes (e. g., the last flight).
  • No requirement for split or double shifts.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Good level of general education, including English and Maths.
  • Willingness to learn about health and safety and food standard requirements.
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain service levels under pressure.

Requirements for Successful Application

  • Proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Airport Security ID Pass (assisted with by the company).
  • Valid passport, criminal record check, and five years of personal and employment references.
