The Global Strategy Network is looking for a high quality, motivated team of experts to deliver military training. We are looking for Senior Female and Male Instructors (Course Directors/Chief Instructor/Training Officers) and Female and Male Instructors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Middle East (exact location to be determined) for Female and Male Military Instructors, due to start in September 2026. Deployments are likely to be 14-17 weeks with a one week break halfway through. The contract period would be up to 2 years.

We’d love to hear from you if you have left the UK Military or Police in the last 3-5 years and have instructor experience in:

  • Drill
  • Physical Training
  • Weapons Handling and Safety
  • Self-Defence
  • Fire Safety
  • First Aid
  • Communications (Wired/Wireless)
  • General Military Training
