Senior Merchandiser

We are recruiting on behalf of a
well-established retail business
with a strong presence across
physical retail, online channels, and wholesale
. This is a senior, commercially focused role for an experienced
Senior Merchandiser
who can drive performance across multiple routes to market.

THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE RELOCATION TO SAUDI ARABIA.

As Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and delivering merchandising strategy across
retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale partners
. You will ensure optimal product availability, stock flow, and margin performance while supporting business growth across all channels.

This role requires strong analytical capability, cross-channel thinking, and the ability to influence at senior level.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end merchandising strategy across
  retail, online, and wholesale
  channels.
• Build and manage
  range plans, sales forecasts, OTB, and stock budgets
  by channel.
• Analyse sales, stock, intake, margin, and markdown performance, taking decisive action.
• Drive effective stock allocation and replenishment across stores, e-commerce, and wholesale accounts.
• Partner closely with Buying to influence range architecture, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Manage seasonal planning, promotions, and end-of-season exit strategies.
• Support wholesale planning including commitments, delivery phasing, and margin control.
• Lead and develop merchandising team members and support cross-functional projects.
• Produce clear reporting and insights for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a
  Senior Merchandiser
  within a multi-channel retail business.
• Strong exposure to
  retail, e-commerce, and wholesale
  trading models.
• Highly commercial with excellent analytical and planning skills.
• Confident working with merchandising systems, KPIs, and forecasting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence Buying, Retail, and Senior Management.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
• Fluent in
  English
  .
• Based in Saudi Arabia or open to relocation.
