Our client, a leading food manufacturer and distributor, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded marketing professional to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion in a fast-paced sector. THIS IS A HOME BASED ROLE. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy across multiple channels, supporting both B2B and B2C segments. Working closely with sales, NPD, and senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead brand development, digital marketing, trade marketing, and customer communications to deliver measurable growth. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Lead digital marketing activities including website, SEO, social media, and email marketing. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop effective trade marketing initiatives. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outputs on time and within budget. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, optimising campaigns to maximise ROI. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in marketing within the food or FMCG sector. They will be commercially astute, creative, and highly organised with a proven ability to deliver effective marketing campaigns that drive business results. 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within food manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG. ~ Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and trade marketing. ~ Strong analytical capability and a data-driven approach to decision making. ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ~ A degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred.
